Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for administrative functions including the overall office management.
Answer and direct all phone calls and messages.
Coordinate centralized office supply ordering and inventory tracking.
Handle and distribute all incoming and outgoing mail, faxes and deliveries.
Maintain all corporate files, electronically and paper.
Process monthly credit card expense reports for executive leadership team.
Prepare daily receivable reports, weekly bank deposits and monthly deposit reporting.
Process and track all vendors, invoices and check requests for payment through national accounts payable support center.
Post tuition payments for the schools operated by CHI St. Joseph Children's Health.
Payment and receivable tracking for special accounts and projects
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Education (including licenses, certifications):
High School Diploma or GED
Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience required and preferred:
Minimum of 1 year administrative support experience. 3 years administrative support experience preferred.
Experience and comfort with office equipment and software word processing, desktop publishing and spreadsheets. Google workspace experience is a plus.
Skill Competencies:
Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal - and the ability to communicate with visitors and employees at all levels
Ability to work autonomously
Ability to act on anticipated needs of administrative office and executive team
Effectively manage time, expectations and workspace
Comfortable adapting to new processes and equipment.
Demonstrate a high comfort working with diverse populations and an understanding of the cultural and social barriers that can exist when accessing health or health-related care.

Pay Range
$19.44 - $27.45 /hour
