Job Title
Our client is a full-service surface finishing company specializing in the commercial aerospace, defense, space and satellite industries. Responsible for shielding the surfaces of parts that do not require processing.
Responsibilities:
- Process parts according to shop work order and applicable specifications and drawings
- Follow instructions from supervisor pertaining to specific instructions or tasks
- Ensure integrity of incoming parts (damage, scratches, etc.)
- Complete work order and all necessary paperwork according to job, drawings and specifications
- Manage hazardous materials safely and in accordance with state and federal regulations
- Perform other duties as required
Skills & abilities:
- High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED): Required
- Production or manufacturing experience is a plus
- Must be a U.S person
Other Physical Requirements:
- Vision (Near, Distance)
- Sense of Sound - Able to hear average conversations
- Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) - Safety Glasses
- Standing for long periods of time
- Must be able to pass drug test and background testing
