Job SummaryUnder the direct supervision of the Clinical Dietitian, the Diet Office Clerk is to take patient calls who are ordering meals for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or snacks. This position will also perform clerical duties relating to clinical nutrition for our patients and residents as well as focusing on menu correction.
