One of the largest alternative asset managers is looking for a Structured Credit Associate to join their Real Estate Credit team in NYC.

Job Description:

Build and maintain financial models for deal and credit assessment

Evaluate collateral, identify risks, and run scenario analyses

Support execution of primary and secondary structured credit deals

Assist in structuring and pricing of securitized products

Stay informed on market trends, regulations, and macro developments

Prepare sector reports, investment memos, and relative value analyses

Maintain structured credit databases and analytical tools

Requirements / Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of experience.
• Bachelors degree in relevant field required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Team-oriented mindset with ability to collaborate across functions.

Strong quantitative and analytical skills with attention to detail.
