Aero Auto Repair is expanding and building our team. We are currently interviewing for a professional Automotive Service Advisor.

Purpose & Objective

The Service Advisor role is crucial to our business success. Your primary responsibility is to professionally present customers with recommended services and repairs based on their needs, goals, and desires. This role also involves supporting administrative and customer service functions. At Aero Auto Repair, this is more than just a jobit's a career.

Primary Responsibilities

• Sales: Effectively present repairs and services to customers, aligning with their needs and goals, following company guidelines and best practices.

We are a busy, family-owned shop with four locations in the San Diego County area. We are passionate about customer service and helping the community with quality auto repairs.

If you share this passion but feel burned out, don't give up. Come talk to us. We provide training for our advisors, management, and technicians.

While working with us, you'll attend a 6-month training course designed to make you the best at your job, teaching you how to conquer objections, increase sales, and deliver excellent customer service.
