Credit Associate

The Credit Associate will be responsible for performing credit analyses on new and existing customers. This role ensures that credit limits are appropriately recommended to keep bad debts within corporate parameters. The position will focus on supporting businesses in the North America region and managing an assigned portfolio of accounts.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform credit analyses on customers regularly and periodically, including recommending credit limits and reviewing pertinent information.
  • Request additional credit information when necessary to complete analyses.
  • Maintain and enhance the Credit Scoring model software used in preparing analyses.
  • Ensure appropriate records are maintained to request external credit reports and financial statements timely.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of various industries, general business conditions, and worldwide conditions impacting international credit and collections.

Skills and Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar field
  • 2+ years of credit and collections/accounts receivable experience
  • 1+ year of financial statement analysis experience

Work Environment:

This is a hybrid role requiring three days onsite and two days remote each week.

Job Type & Location:

This is a Contract position based out of Kohler, Wisconsin.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
