Trane Technologies, the global leader in innovative climate solutions for a sustainable world, is seeking an Assembly Operator in Trenton, New Jersey.

As an assembly operator, you will build our premium products according to our exacting standards and processes, assuring that our customers receive the highest quality products in the industry. You'll have a variety of responsibilities as you rotate to different workstations, or specialize in one area depending on your experience, staffing needs, training and skill level.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble products according to predetermined methods and production sequence standards
• Create a safe work environment by following safety rules and company policies
• Maintain regular attendance

Qualifications:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in a high-volume assembly process while continually standing
• Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions

Shifts Available: 1st and 2nd

Salary: $38,480 - $46,175 per year
