The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Proven experience in an office or clerical role, preferably within a government setting
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with high attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly and professionally

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional coursework in office administration or a related field is a plus
  • Proven experience in an office or clerical role, preferably within a government setting
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with high attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly and professionally

This will be a full-time position Monday-Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm with an hour lunch. Pay will be between $14.00/hourly.
