Better Air is searching for new HVAC Air duct cleaning technicians to join our team. Experience is a plus but not a requirement. We have a culture of encouraging each other everyday to reach our full personal and professional potential. Job Summary: Our technicians service both residential and commercial customers. The work can be difficult but hard work is always rewarded. Our ideal candidate will have 2 years HVAC or sales experience. Technicians will be trained for up to 1 month. If applicant passes the training process they will be given a new, full-size truck and equipment, and will be dispatched from their home daily. Responsibilities:
- Inspect and clean residential and commercial (HVAC) air duct systems following NADCA ACR standards/guidelines
- Clean residential and commercial dryer vents
- Establish customer rapport to ensure highest level of customer satisfaction
- Upsell products and services based on our customers needs
- Perform walk-through's with customers upon completion of work Applicants must:
- Be available to work Mon-Sat
- Have a valid driver's license
- Be ok with travel some days 2-4 hours across state lines
- Be comfortable working in confined spaces, heights of 10ft or more, and lift over 50 lbs
- Have a clean cut professional appearance
- Be able to explain and up-sell various products
- Have a strong commitment to quality work
- Be able to work with hands/tools
