General Production Worker

As a General Production Worker, you will be responsible for pulling, packing, and loading products onto pallets. You will monitor product quality and stack orders based on daily requirements. This role requires repetitive lifting of up to 25 pounds, a high level of attention to detail, and comfort with inventory counting. You will be standing for more than 10 hours a day.

Responsibilities

• Pull, pack, and load products onto pallets.

• Perform inventory counting accurately.

Essential Skills

• Experience in warehouse, production, or general labor.
• Ability to use an RF scanner.
• Experience with palletizing and packaging.
• Detail-oriented with high attention to detail.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Previous experience as a picker/packer.
• Experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or distribution.

Work Environment

Work in a non-climate-controlled environment with shifts available from 7 AM to 3:30 PM or 3:30 PM to 12 AM, with some requiring 10-hour days. Follow GMP guidelines, and note that steel toes are not required. Hairnets or beard coverings are mandatory, and certain jewelry, false eyelashes, false nails, body glitter, exposed nail polish, perfumes, or after-shave are not permitted.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of La Vergne, Tennessee.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
