Ballys Corporation is a global casino-entertainment company with a growing omni-channel presence, currently owning and managing 15 casinos across 10 states, a golf course in New York, a horse racetrack in Colorado, and access to OSB licenses in 18 states. The recent acquisition of Aspers Casino in Newcastle, UK, expands its international footprint and enhances its entertainment offerings. It also owns Ballys Interactive International, Bally Bet, and Bally Casino.

With 10,600 employees, Ballys casino operations include approximately 15,300 slot machines, 580 table games, and 3,800 hotel rooms. Ballys also has rights to developable land in Las Vegas after the closure of the Tropicana.

Following the merger with The Queen Casino & Entertainment Inc. (Queen), Ballys portfolio will expand to include four additional casinos across three states, including Iowa. Queen adds over 900 employees, 2,400 slot machines, 50 table games, and 150 hotel rooms. Ballys will also succeed Queens stake in Intralot S.A., a global lottery management business.

The Role:

Acts in compliance with all company and regulatory regulations and requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand and respond to internal guests needs.
  • Communicate in a friendly, respectful, and understandable manner.
  • Provide consistent, timely, and accurate information; find answers when unsure.
  • Use outlined service behaviors with guests.
  • Meet service delivery times as per standards or as required.
  • Be a team player, cooperating with colleagues across departments.
  • Speak positively about the company, co-workers, and guests.
  • Maintain surveillance on designated areas and activities.
  • Assist in training new Surveillance officers per SOPs.
  • Record irregular activities as required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Note: Employees must adhere to NJ regulations (N.J.A.C. 13:69D-1.10 and 1.11) and sign an acknowledgment prior to employment.

    Qualifications:

    • Broad knowledge of casino games, rules, procedures, and regulations.
    • Understanding of laws affecting the casino industry.
    • Good communication, organizational, and managerial skills.

    Qualifications Education Preferred

    High School diploma or higher.
