Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join their client's team in California. This role involves managing a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, providing exceptional service, and ensuring client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable in commercial insurance products and possess strong relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and service a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts.
  • Ensure all client interactions align with company standards and policies.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with insurance carriers to negotiate terms and coverage for clients.
  • Prepare and present insurance proposals and renewal packages to clients.
  • Update and maintain accurate client records and documentation.
  • Provide clients with updates on policy changes, renewals, and industry trends.
  • Support the development and implementation of best practices within the team.
  • Assist in training and mentoring junior team members as needed.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the insurance industry, with a focus on commercial lines.
  • Hold current and valid Property and Casualty insurance license.
  • Willingness and ability to pursue industry certifications such as CISR, CIC, or CRM within 18 months.

Required Work Hours

Monday to Friday, standard business hours.

Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary with a pay range of $78,000 to $82,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits may be discussed during the interview process.
