Role Description

This is a full-time on-site General Manager role located in Danville, VA. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and management of the gym, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for members, staff management, and driving business growth through marketing and member retention strategies.

Qualifications

• Management experience in the fitness or related industry
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Knowledge of sales and marketing strategies
• Experience in budgeting and financial management
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Certification in fitness training or related field is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
