Our client is currently seeking full-time RBTs for both Elementary and Middle School programs across five school locations around Kennett Square, PA. All positions are Monday through Friday and guaranteed through the end of the school year.

- Middle School: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Elementary School: 8:50 AM – 3:50 PM
Job Summary
The School Behavioral Technician plays a key role in creating a safe, inclusive environment for students with behavioral challenges. You'll collaborate with educators and staff to develop and implement behavior support plans and ensure students' progress through data-driven strategies and consistent support.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct behavioral assessments and identify individualized needs
- Collaborate on Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Implement strategies and interventions
- Maintain behavioral data and progress reports
- Respond to and de-escalate crisis situations
- Communicate with teachers, families, and team members
- Engage in ongoing professional development
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams
- Support a culture of inclusion and respect
Qualifications
- RBT Certification required
- Experience working with students with behavioral challenges or special needs
- Understanding of behavior management and evidence-based practices
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Crisis intervention/de-escalation training (e.g., CPI or Safe Crisis Management) preferred
- Patience, empathy, and commitment to student well-being
Required Clearances & Certifications
- PA Child Abuse Clearance (within 1 year)
- FBI Fingerprint for PA (within 1 year)
- PA State Police Background Report (within 1 year)
- TB Test (within 3 months)
- CPR and First Aid Certification
- Act 126 Reporter Training Certificate
