FULLY ONSITE in White Plains, NY - Possible Temp to Hire opportunity working in the Non-Profit Sector.
- Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm.
Some of the responsibilities will include:
- Prepares financial reports for reimbursement of services provided and expenses incurred on behalf of program
- Supports Finance and Accounting in the reporting process in coordination with Payroll and Accounts Payable and providing accurate invoices, requests for reimbursement and reports.
- Assists Assistant Director of Finance in reconciling reports and ensuring they are meeting the budgeted amount.
- Request supporting documentation from accounts payable in the format that is required by the funder.
- Supports Assistant Director of Finance in preparing a monthly report at the allocation meeting to highlight any discrepancies.
- Submits requests for budget modifications from funders to ensure that all funds will be expended.
- Interacts with Sub-Contractors to ensure that all reports are submitted on a timely basis.
- Submits payment requests for reimbursement of funders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, or Finance or equivalent experience
- 3-6 years' financial analysis and modeling experience.
- Microsoft Suite knowledge. Advanced knowledge of Excel required.
- Must be able to work on-site 5 days a week, Monday through Friday.
