Insight Global is seeking a skilled Senior Salesforce Developer to architect, develop, and implement complex salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and other declarative tools. This role involves integrating Salesforce with external systems through APIs, middleware, and ETL tools, as well as managing data migration, cleansing, and transformation processes. The ideal candidate will mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and help establish development standards while contributing to the overall technical strategy. Collaboration is key, as you'll work closely with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and deliver impactful solutions. A strong understanding of Salesforce development and security standards is essential, along with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Certifications • Salesforce Platform Developer I or II (preferred). Nice to Have Skills & Experience • Additional certifications (e.g., Salesforce Architect, Admin) are a plus.
