What You'll Do: You'll be the face of MVP Health Care in your territory-connecting individuals to health coverage options and building strong relationships with local organizations. You'll lead outreach efforts, attend community events, and help eligible individuals enroll in plans including Medicaid, Child Health Plus, Essential Plan, QHPs, HARP, Off-Exchange, Medicare Advantage, and D-SNP. Qualifications you'll bring:
  • Two plus years of customer service or sales experience, ideally in health care (hospital, medical office, or insurance).
  • Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Bilingual skills (e.g., English and Spanish) are a plus.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally.
  • Willingness to work full-time hybrid schedule, including some evenings/weekends.
  • Curiosity, humility, and a passion for making a difference.
Your key responsibilities:
  • Drive membership growth through outreach and enrollment in targeted areas.
  • Represent MVP at health fairs, festivals, and community events.
  • Build and maintain relationships with local organizations and providers.
  • Generate and convert leads into new members.
  • Host two monthly events to promote MVP's health solutions.
  • Travel locally with promotional materials (up to 30 lbs.).
  • Participate in screenings and provide proof of immunization.
Where you'll be:
  • Hybrid with local travel. Hiring in Albany County, Columbia County, and Schenectady County.
This opportunity is salary, plus quarterly incentives and travel reimbursement. #CS Pay Transparency MVP Health Care is committed to providing competitive employee compensation and benefits packages.
