Job Description

Infosys is seeking a Principal Enterprise Applications - SAP SD Consultant. As a Principal Enterprise Applications SAP consultant, you will contribute to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will be involved in business process consulting; defining problems, proposing solutions, and participating in the development, configuration, and deployment of the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes and deliverables, contribute to proposal development, client training, and internal capability building, and help define project scope. This role offers the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients globally.

Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Richardson/Houston, TX, Raleigh, NC, Phoenix, AZ, Indianapolis, IN, or Atlanta, GA, or be willing to relocate to any of these locations.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution; three years of progressive experience in the specialty may substitute each year of education.
• At least 11 years of experience in Information Technology.
• Authorized to work in the US without employer-sponsored visa; no immigration sponsorship available for this role.
• Experience as a SAP SD/LE Solutions Architect supporting end-to-end solutions for proposals and project delivery.
• Responsible for integration with various ERP solutions, including SAP, and creating Proof of Concepts as needed.
• Proven experience in SAP delivery, proposals, and presales.
• Experience on 4-5 years of implementation projects, preferably for the European region.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Direct client interaction to translate business requirements into solutions.
• Ability to defend the designed solution with clients.
• Strong communication skills, capable of leading requirement gathering workshops.
• Experience in client-facing roles for 2-3 engagements and as an end-to-end SAP Functional Solution architect for at least 4 pursuits/proposals.
• Functional knowledge of SAP domains, especially SAP Core SD/LE.
• Experience with integration involving TM and EWM is preferred.
• Leadership experience as a Solution architect.
• Relevant SAP certifications.
• Ability to develop and manage a team of 5-10 members.

The role involves extensive travel and requires sitting and working at a computer for long periods. Good communication skills are essential for telephone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
