Position Summary:We're looking for reliable, motivated individuals to join our 3rd Shift Warehouse Team as a High Reach Operator in our grocery distribution center. You'll play a key role in keeping shelves stocked by safely and efficiently operating high reach forklifts to move and organize products throughout the warehouse.Responsibilities:
- Safely operate high reach forklifts to move pallets and inventory
- Pick and stage orders accurately for shipment
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Follow all safety protocols and warehouse procedures
- Meet productivity and accuracy standards for bonus eligibility
Requirements:
- Previous experience operating a high reach forklift (required)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and strong work ethic
- Must be able to work overnight schedule (Sunday-Thursday, 9:30 PM - 6:00 AM)
