About the role and what you'll be doing:
This position will develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy from product conception and definition through end of life. You will be responsible for product development and enhancements across Ensono's Hybrid Cloud product portfolio, including
Function as a central resource for the design, build, testing, operationalization, marketing and rollout as the product(s) move through the lifecycle
Assist in executing product development plans as a hands-on partner with engineering
Monitor ongoing product fitness and formulates and executes long-term plans for cost/profit control
Research, analyze and promote use of new technologies and industry-leading trends
Conduct market and competitive research, perform product ideation, develop product designs, and product profitability analysis
Develop data-driven and fact-based business cases and clearly articulate product concepts to define and qualify product strategy and direction
Develop, manage and prioritize the product backlog and own your product for roadmap execution
Work with cross-functional teams in both the US and UK to ideate and develop new services, solutions, or programs and associated processes, including but not limited to creating product value proposition analysis, cost models, service descriptions, statements of work, service level, deployment approach and service operation, and sales enablement material
Manage risks, issues, actions, tasks and plans and clarify boundaries of acceptable risk and remove obstacles
Implement and maintain product cost models for Hybrid Cloud products in Ensono's configure, price, quote (CPQ) tool, working in partnership with our CPQ specialists
Provide a variety of product support for internal stakeholders and external customers
Develop collaborative relationships across teams and inspire commitment, high energy and positive attitudes

Required Qualifications
8+ years of product management experience, preferably in cloud or enterprise software.
Creative problem solver who can both think and plan strategically and execute with great attention to details
Expertise in applying product management methodologies and best practices
Domain expertise in IT infrastructure design, deployment, and/or management, IaaS, PaaS, ITIL, and/or other IT infrastructure services
Experience with Microsoft Azure, Amazon AWS, GCP, or OCI cloud platforms
Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
Pricing strategy and cost modelling knowledge and experience
Demonstrable capability and drive to learn and apply new knowledge in new fields quickly
Can-do attitude for analyzing, prioritizing and resolving complex challenges in a collaborative manner
Strong project management, time management and organization skills with a proven ability to balance and execute against multiple and evolving priorities simultaneously
Excellent analytic, problem-solving and decision-making skills
Communicates with clarity and accuracy, whether with colleagues, senior management or customers
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to lead projects with confidence
Exceptional written communication and copy and edit skills
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Strong understanding of hybrid cloud architectures and technologies.
Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
Proven track record of delivering successful products in a fast-paced environment

As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current pay scale for this role is $112,00 to $163,000 annually based on a full-time schedule. Please note that placement in the range may vary based on numerous factors including but not limited to skills, experience, internal equity, and business needs. In addition to base salary, other compensation programs, depending on eligibility, include an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance and an equity grant under our Associate Equity Appreciation Program.
