They are also one of the world's largest nonprofit photography associations that is organized to help professional photographers with over 35,000 current members in more than 50 countries.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
The Data Analyst will be responsible for making data work in an effort to enhance the experiences of the organization and its stakeholders. This person will be in charge of pulling, reviewing and analyzing data in order to better understand what client members are digesting, using and valuing from a an end-user perspective. This person must be able to bring new ideas to the forefront, work cross-functionally and collaboratively interdepartmentally.
Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze data from various platforms, including NetForum (customer management software), Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Mailchimp, Hotjar, and social media platforms.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations that help the team optimize strategies and enhance our offerings for members.
- Provide actionable insights from data to inform decision-making across different departments.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and provide data solutions to improve services and outcomes.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate performance metrics to identify areas of improvement.
WHAT YOU NEED:
- Bachelor's degree in data science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- At least 2 years' experience in a data analysis or related role.
- Must be a self-starter
- Demonstrated experience analyzing data from various sources and recommending improvements, new strategies or approaches to improve business outcomes.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and Google Analytics
- Knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, Mailchimp, and social media platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to present complex data insights clearly.

- Onsite Mon - Thurs., Remote on Fridays
- Location: Atlanta, GA (downtown on Peachtree)
- Compensation: $65k-$75k annually
