If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.Job SummaryTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Quality Engineer located in Salt Lake City, UT.Reporting to the Quality Manager the Quality Engineer will responsible to quality engineering programs, standards and improvements within the organization.Shift - Monday through Friday, 8:00AM to 5:00PM or 3:00PM to 11:00PMWhat a typical day looks like:Develops and implements standards, methods, and procedures for inspection, testing, and evaluation of product quality and reliability, including the design of sampling procedures and forms for data recording and reporting.Directs and trains personnel in quality control activities, ensuring data integrity and availability, while compiling training materials and conducting sessions on quality standards and practices.Manages the disposition of discrepant materials, initiates corrective action requests, and tracks their completion, while exploring reports and returned products to recommend necessary corrective actions.Establishes and oversees programs to evaluate the precision and accuracy of production equipment, including the development and implementation of quality audits and qualifications for products, processes, and equipment.Acts as a liaison with regulatory bodies and collaborates with Product Engineers and Quality Program Managers on quality-related issues, consolidating and reporting quality results to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.The experience we're looking to add to our team:Min 5 years' experience as Quality Engineer in engineering in the manufacturing industryBachelor's degree in related fieldExperience with audits, data collection/analysis, CAPAs, supplier interactions, creating standard methods/procedures, and RCAs, FMA, Control Plan, 8D, Yield interpretation.Advance usage of Microsoft excelLeadership experienceAbility to lift up to 10 pounds pull & push up to 40 pounds, ladder use up to 5ftStrong English communication skills verbal and writtenWhat you'll receive for the great work you provide: Full range of medical benefits, dental, visionLife InsuranceMatching 401KPTOTuition ReimbursementEmployee discounts at local retailersrecblid am4cvo4qp6eicf2qhkkzw4964y5pnc
