We are seeking a skilled and proactive Maintenance Director to oversee all maintenance operations for our apartment community in New York. This position is responsible for managing the physical upkeep of the property, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements, maintaining vendor contracts, executing hands-on repairs, and implementing cost-effective solutions that enhance resident satisfaction and property value. Key Responsibilities: Contract Management:Maintain and manage all vendor and service contracts, ensuring quality performance, compliance with terms, and competitive pricing.
