Alkaline Cathode Lab - Batch Weighing of Raw Materials - Loading, Unloading and Operation of Processall Mixers - Roller Compactor Granulator Operation for powder densification - Sweco Sieve operation for Particle Size Separation - TRP 700 Rotary Press set up, changeover and operation for pellet making - Consol Recompactor Simulator operation - Particle size distribution measurement via Gradex equipment - Carbon % measurement via Horiba carbon analyzer - Materials moisture measurement via Mettler moisture analyzer - Recompacted console dimensional measurements - Pellet dimension measurement via air gage. Alkaline Cell Assembly - Materials Preparation - Semi-auto cutting of separator material and inspection via Optical Comparator - Sealant portioning and verification with viscometer - Laser etching bar codes onto cans/consols - Console moisture measurement.
