Customer Service Order EntryLocation: Akron, OH Shift: 2nd Shift Hours: 1:30pm to 10:00pm Pay: $17.00 PrideStaff is recruiting for a data entry position for their client in the Arlington Road area of South Akron. This is a customer service and order entry position and requires strong attention to detail, the ability to multi-task and work effectively with co-workers. You will help process and track orders, and other administrative duties. The work environment is a large warehouse setting. Key Responsibilities:
- Data entry
- Answer inbound customer calls
- Make outbound customer calls
- Process bills of lading
- Process shipments and deliveries
- General filing
- Print labels
Key Requirements:
- 10-key experience preferred
- Office experience preferred
- Customer Service
