Your role You are passionate about alternative investments, especially real estate? You know what it takes to keep existing clients happy and bring new ones on board? We are looking for a Capability Specialist to: • coordinate and complete requests for proposals, request for information, due diligence questionnaires and ad hoc requests in support of new business and existing relationships. • provide support to investment specialists by providing information to respond to client and consultant requests. • develop strong investment and product knowledge within real estate investment products. • liaise with client service, investment specialists, legal and compliance, portfolio management and other departments to gather information for responses to client prospects, existing clients and real estate consultants. Learn data sources and procedures within the business to facilitate collection of information. • develop and maintain proposal language responses and relevant data on internal and external databases. • complete various ad-hoc projects to support the broader initiatives of marketing, client services, and portfolio management.
