About the Opportunity
We're seeking a highly skilled Sr. Project Controls Scheduler to support a large-scale modernization program in Tennessee. This is a long-term engagement offering competitive pay and the opportunity to play a key role in high-visibility construction and infrastructure projects.

What You'll Do
As a Sr. Project Controls Scheduler, you'll be responsible for managing and analyzing detailed project schedules using Oracle Primavera P6, ensuring that activities, resources, and costs are aligned with program goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and update integrated master schedules for major construction and modernization projects.
- Conduct detailed schedule analysis to identify risks, conflicts, and opportunities.
- Provide management-ready reporting, including baseline variance, forecast updates, float analysis, and critical path tracking.
- Manage schedule baselines, resource loading, and change control.
- Support earned value management (EVM) reporting and schedule integration.
- Partner with control account managers on estimates, performance tracking, and forecasting.
- Lead or support meetings related to test schedules, outages, and capital projects.
- Provide daily, weekly, and monthly schedule reporting for leadership.
- Assist with long-term planning, resource forecasting, and schedule development.
What We're Looking For
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management (or related field) and 10+ years of relevant scheduling experience.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
- U.S. Citizenship required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Expertise with Oracle Primavera P6.
- Strong knowledge of scheduling theory, resource planning, and EVM practices.
- Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to present to senior leadership.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
