Polish and maintain all equipment of F&B outlets. Clean dirty plates, glassware, and silverware. Maintain the cleanliness in work area per health code standards. Empty garbage and recycling. Push queen mary cart, poker chips and other rolling equipment. Organize storerooms and storage areas Participate in employee meetings, training sessions, and line-ups. Maintain overall presentation of dining room by ensuring that linens and chairs are clean and straight, floors, walls and windows are clean, light bulbs are not burnt out. Maintain centerpieces: fresh flowers watered, vases polished, condiments and sugars and salt and peppers clean and full according to standards. Fold napkins according to specified standards. Qualifications Ability to reach or bend Ability to stand for duration of shift. Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
