Manufacturing processes in Santa Rosa include roll-to-roll thin film coating for pigment products and rigid substrate thin film coatings to achieve specific optical properties. Wafer level packaging (WLP) processes allow use of integrated circuits within the wafers that then receive a patterned thin film coating, enhancing customer value. Other manufacturing sites supported include Beijing China and Chandler Arizona (roll-to-roll coating), Suzhou China (rigid substrates coating), and Rochester New York (optical diffusers).
