Location: Sugarland, TX - Assignment Duration: 6 months Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours Benefits: Comprehensive with 401 K, holidays and PTO Responsibilities Screen talent pools and confirm basic qualifications, skill set, interest, job fit, salary requirements, career pipeline and work authorization to identify qualified candidates. Develop internal and external networks to support passive sourcing efforts; Identify target industries, companies, user groups, professional associations, or education institutions to proactively create pools of qualified candidates. Identify potential internal candidates and movements for select roles by partnering with HR Partners and Talent Management. Assist in talent pool management for internal and external talent.
