The Role
Localization at Netflix centers around linguistic excellence, a great team environment, and cutting-edge technology. We are responsible for translating and culturally adapting everything Netflix creates, from user interfaces to original programming, marketing campaigns, and press releases. Our work ensures a global experience that feels local.
You will collaborate closely with teams such as Consumer Insights, Customer Services, Product, Engineering, and Content Design. Working alongside fellow Localization Program Managers and the Globalization team, your understanding of diverse and evolving business needs will contribute to our success. This role involves developing and managing localization strategies, roadmaps, schedules, budgets, and quality assurance to ensure successful international launches of Netflix content and features.
The environment is fast-paced, requiring autonomous work with minimal supervision and managing aggressive deadlines. You must demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, comfort with ambiguity, strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize effectively.

Our compensation is primarily an annual salary, with options to allocate compensation between salary and stock options. The salary range for this role is $210,000 - $500,000.
