Job Description Position Overview Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a dedicated Recruiter to assist a client with their staffing needs. The ideal candidate will support the company's continued growth and commitment to providing an exceptional employment experience. This role involves managing full-cycle recruiting for both exempt and non-exempt (hourly) positions across multiple regions, working closely with hiring managers and HR teammates to attract top talent and meet business needs. Responsibilities

  • Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to hiring and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and HR teammates to identify and attract top talent.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to fill open positions promptly.
  • Maintain and update job postings across various platforms and ensure alignment with company needs.
  • Utilize social media and professional networks to source potential candidates.
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews, providing feedback and recommendations to hiring managers.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • SHRM or HRCI Certification preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
Required Work Hours Monday through Friday Benefits Additional Details: Max Pay is $33 per hour; Min Pay is $30 per hour.
