- Recruit, interview, and hire candidates for client job openings.
- Post jobs and source talent through job boards, social media, and referrals.
- Onboard new hires, complete paperwork, and conduct orientations.
- Maintain strong client relationships and provide excellent customer service.
- Monitor employee performance, attendance, and placements.
- Partner with your Branch Manager to meet weekly staffing goals.
- Participate in an on-call rotation to support client needs.

What We're Looking For
- 1+ year experience in staffing, recruiting, HR is highly preferred
- Strong computer skills (MS Word, Excel, email, ATS systems)
- Social media recruiting or sourcing experience a plus
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Self-motivated and able to multitask effectively
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required
