Job Title: PTA Home Health Location: 110 Stony Point Rd Ste 200A, Santa Rosa, CA 95401 Client: Sutter Health Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Day 5x8-Hour Timing: 8am - 5pm Pay Rate: $42/hr on w2 Required: CA State license BLS 2 yrs experience DL-Valid California Drivers License INSURANCE-Auto Insurance Job Description: Critical thinking and problem solving, decisive judgement and ability to work within scope of practice. Knowledge and application of professional practice and regulatory requirements. Ability to work in demanding work environment, organize multiple priorities completing work duties within expected timelines and requirements. Computer and required technology proficiency/competencies. Demonstrates effective and efficient professional communication (verbal & written) skills as well as interpersonal skills, conflict resolution, teamwork/collaboration, customer service and community relations abilities.
