Role of Rehabilitation Nursing Assistant I:

As a Rehabilitation Nursing Assistant I, unleash the full range of your skills and passion each day. Inspire patients toward progress as you:

• Pay attention to the finer details that significantly influence each patient's treatment plan.
• Provide direct patient care aligned with your training and competencies.
• Assist RNs or LPNs with patient care support tasks.
• Strive for optimal patient satisfaction and positive outcomes.
• Make a tangible difference in patients' lives daily.

Qualifications:

• Current CPR certification required.
• One or more years of experience in an inpatient hospital setting preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience with medically complex patients and sub-acute rehab units preferred.
• State-issued C.N.A. or L.N.A. license preferred.
