Job Details- Registered Nurse position in OBGYN/Med Surg/Post Partum/Pediatricsspecialty.
- Role involves care in Med Surg, postpartum, and pediatrics in that order due to low birthrate requiring acceptance of medical surgical patients on the floor.
- Must have recent experience in Med Surg, postpartum, and pediatrics.
- Responsibilities include IV placement, NG tube placement, fundal checks.
- Common diagnoses/treatments include bowel obstruction, hip fracture, cholelithiasis, appendicitis, and postpartum care.
Job Requirements- Certification/Licensure required to work as an RN in Tennessee.
- 2+ years of experience.
- Must have skills: IV placement, NG tube placement, fundal checks.
- Preferred experience in Med/Surg.
Schedule Information- Shift details provided separately.
- Weekly guaranteed hours: 36.
- Weekend hours: Every other weekend/as needed.
- Call requirements: As needed.
- Float requirements: As needed.
