Qualifications of a Human Resources Coordinator:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field or relevant experience
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities
Responsibilities of a Human Resources Coordinator:
  • Post jobs, screen applicants, conduct interviews, and assist with hiring
  • Coordinate onboarding, new hire paperwork, and pre-employment requirements
  • Maintain accurate personnel files and HR documentation
  • Support employee relations, safety initiatives, and policy updates
  • Assist with compliance requirements and mandatory trainings
