The team represents major developers, owners, and contractors on significant national and international projects, offering hands-on experience across both litigation and transactional matters.Key Responsibilities:
- Advise clients through the full lifecycle of development and construction projects, from planning through completion and operations
- Draft, negotiate, and review construction agreements including manuscript contracts, AIA forms, EPC, design-build, and development agreements
- Support complex real estate and construction transactions, working with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Conduct due diligence and legal research on project development, risk, and compliance
- Assist in resolving disputes including claims for delays, defects, and contract breaches through litigation and arbitration
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 3 to 5 years of sophisticated real estate or construction law experience in a law firm setting
- Strong written, verbal, and analytical skills
- Capable of managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment

- Admission to the New York or Missouri Bar and in good standing
