You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our residents feel proud to call our property their home.Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize common areas such as hallways, lobbies, stairwells, and elevators.
- Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors in common areas.
- Clean and sanitize the fitness center, and other shared facilities.
- Wipe down and sanitize surfaces, including handrails, doorknobs, and light switches.
- Clean windows and glass surfaces as needed.
- Assist with cleaning vacant apartments in preparation for new residents.
- Report maintenance issues or damages to the property management team.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in housekeeping or janitorial work preferred.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment.
- Ability to work efficiently and independently.
