The YFEASC will provide direct support to the Youth and Family Education Administrator in all operational aspects of the department which includes the Basketball Mentoring, Summer Youth Enrichment, Thrive, Parent and Family Engagement, 21st CCLC and other outreach opportunities. Description of Position: The YFEASC supervises all student and program partner activities while indirectly supervising seasonal and part-time staff within after school and summer programs. Maintains a safe and nurturing environment for the students, and clean and orderly classrooms. Coordinates and ensure proper implementation of program plans, instructors, group leaders, facilitators, volunteers, and guest speakers. Reviews student records via file, database and Procare for accuracy. Provide detailed reports to the YFE Administrator detailing program results and human-interest stories.
