This Clinic/ Practice Assistant will sit at the front desk for our walk-in clinic. Patients with an orthopedic or sports-related injury to muscles, bones or joints can receive same-day care at a Mass General Brigham Orthopedics Walk-in. Our walk-in locations are staffed by expertly trained clinicians, providing physical examinations, diagnostic imaging (including x-rays), and comprehensive evaluations to ensure fast, accurate diagnosis and treatment that puts you on the road to recovery as soon as possible. On-site casting and bracing are available. The Walk-in is available to anyone in the community with no appointment necessary. Performs both administrative and clinical functions to support smooth and efficient clinical service or practice operations under close to general supervision. Performs basic clerical work and tasks that are repetitive and routine. Administrative duties related to patient visits including scheduling, check-in, check-out duties.
