WHAT YOU'LL DO AS A CANYON RANCH COLLEAGUE As Managing Director for Canyon Ranch Austin, you'll be responsible for the day to day operation of the Austin resort, with direct oversight of the property's Executive Committee. You will act as the senior leader on site responsible for coordination of activities and communication among property management and executive staff, providing coaching and support as appropriate. You will help determine the long range, strategic direction of the property, and implement that strategy in day-to-day operation. The right candidate will demonstrate a personal philosophy of life and work ethic compatible with Canyon Ranch values.
