Directing and managing all plant operations and production activities. Ensuring production goals are met, quality standards are upheld, and safety regulations are followed. Developing and managing budgets, controlling costs, and maximizing profitability. Leading, mentoring, and supervising plant staff to foster a positive and productive work environment. Developing and implementing efficient production processes, optimizing resource allocation, and improving product quality. Ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Implementing initiatives to enhance productivity, efficiency, and overall plant performance. Coordinating with other departments, including maintenance, engineering, and logistics. Analyzing production data and generating reports for upper management. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or a related field preferred.
