Job Coordinator/Auditor National Account Programs

Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Job Coordinator/Auditor to manage and audit various tasks associated with our National Account Programs. This role is key in ensuring the smooth and accurate execution of restoration and mitigation projects at a national level. The ideal candidate will have experience in the restoration industry, a strong understanding of project management, and a keen eye for quality control.
Key Responsibilities
- Job Coordination: Oversee and manage job files for National Account Programs from initiation to completion. Ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Auditing: Conduct thorough audits of job files to ensure compliance with company standards, contractual agreements, and industry regulations. Identify discrepancies or errors in project documentation and take corrective actions.
- Data Management: Maintain and organize detailed records, including job files, client communications, billing information, and change orders.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between the national account managers, clients, and field teams. Ensure all parties are aligned on project timelines, scope of work, and billing procedures.
- Compliance and Quality Control: Ensure that all jobs are completed according to industry best practices and standards. Audit the progress of ongoing work to ensure it adheres to scope, quality, and safety requirements.
- Reporting: Generate and submit periodic reports on job statuses, audits, and project progress. Escalate any issues to the National Account Program Manager when necessary.
- Process Improvement: Identify and recommend improvements to internal processes to increase efficiency and ensure smoother project execution and job tracking.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in job coordination, project management, or auditing within the mitigation and restoration industry, preferred but not required.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with national account programs, job management systems, and auditing standards in the restoration field, preferred but not required.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and the ability to review large amounts of data and documentation for accuracy.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate with internal teams, clients, and contractors.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities to address discrepancies and issues proactively.
- Technology Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and experience with job management software (e.g., Xactimate, Symbility, or similar systems), preferred but not required.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Certifications: IICRC certifications (e.g., Water Damage Restoration Technician, Fire & Smoke Restoration Technician) preferred but not required.
