Nanny Needed For My Children

I am looking for a reliable nanny/babysitter for my son (5 years old) in Chardon. I would prefer a person who has their own car, who does not smoke, who is comfortable with pets (I have a 9-year-old small breed dog) and who is CPR certified (ideally)I am looking for somebody on an occasional basis for evenings during the week and at times weekend days. As of right now I do not have a consistent schedule that I'm looking to follow but I am looking for a resource for when things are planned in advance, or to cover days during his Kindergarten breaks/days off.
