Clean and inspect optical components with clear apertures and mounts using MIL specifications Assemble and bond optical doublets and triplets using optical-grade adhesives according to procedure Clean and inspect optics post-alignment/assembly Assemble and bond lens elements within mounts and barrels according to procedure Complete and charge time to work orders and maintain job specific paperwork throughout the process Support calibration activities in all functional areas of optical testing department Maintain testing and calibration records in accordance with good manufacturing practices (GMP) and ISO requirements Provide rapid turn-around support as requested for OEM test work Assist in writing procedures for test methods Perform visual inspections of optics for defects related to fabrication Perform optical tests, including interferometric tests, to determine compliance to specifications Approve incoming materials by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tes...Optical, Assembler, Support Engineer, Manufacturing, Inspection
