The Illinois Department of Corrections is seeking a dedicated Office Coordinator to perform technical office support functions for Jacksonville CC, Pittsfield Work Camp and Greene County Work Camp. They will assist in regulating, monitoring, and processing information and documents regarding sentence calculations and ensure accurate input of Offender 360 (O 360) data. In addition, they will verify information on the Record Office Release Checklist to ensure accuracy, maintain Prisoner Review Board docket/release cards, keyboard a variety of correspondence, and serve as institutional audit team member. This person will need to have strong attention to detail, integrity and ability to effectively communicate with multiple parties. We encourage all interested and qualified individuals to apply.
