Student Intermediate Level Requisition ID req34215 Working Title Assistant Student Resource Navigator Pay $15.00 Hourly Campus Taos Department Taos Branch Employment Type Student Employment Student Type Work-Study Status Non-Exempt Background Check Required No For Best Consideration Date 8/26/2025 Position Summary UNM Taos Office of Student Affairs is seeking an Assistant Student Resource Navigator to: •Support student engagement and activities that promote student success; •Shop, stock, clean and inventory food and hygiene products for (both the Klauer campus and Rio Grande Hall) Thrive: Food and Resource Center and Safety Bins across campuses. •Outreach to students (in person, via phone/email or social media) on the resources available to them; •Understand and help students access resources on campus and in the community; •Research and maintain a current UNMT Resource Guide; •Host a table at events (campus and community based); •Help students access benefits or other eligible services; •Post flyers in the community and at Klauer and Rio Grande Hall. Maintain the bulletin boards in Padre Martinez Hall on Klauer campus; •Keep records and communication confidential for all students and their relations; •Answer phones and respond to emails when needed; •Participate in meetings and other campus activities. Minimum Qualifications Equivalencies not found for this position Preferred Qualifications •Enjoy connecting with students and community organizations; •Must possess a valid driver's license and pass driving exam to use UNMT vehicles; •Ability to lift and manipulate heavy objects (up to 50lbs); •Must have good computer and communication skills; •Ability to understand written and verbal communications.
