Base pay range

$138,400.00/yr - $242,300.00/yr

We don't settle until we give our best and know that we're making a difference.We are looking for a driven and curious Senior Project Controls Manager to join our Program Management Team leading a Global Program in the West Region.As a key member of our Project Management Team, you'll provide the day- to- day support (management) and execution of project controls functions for project and programs. You will be supervising project controls staff and be responsible for cost control and schedule monitoring, analysis, forecasting, and reporting. You'll manage overall project and program cost controls and reporting function by supporting client management, updates, and presentations to all levels of management. You will also develop, interpret, and execute policy objectives and standards applicable to cost and schedule controls coupled with analysis activities and EVM (Earned Value Management). You will collaborate with Project Team Members throughout the Globe.Join us and we will assist in continuing the development of your skills and exploring all that you can do across our global company, with opportunities to share your knowledge along the way.Here's what you'll need

  • BA or BS or equivalent in Engineering, Construction Management or related field
  • At least 15 years of related Project Controls and Scheduling/Planning experience on large programs
  • Must be willing to travel within the Western Region of the United States 40% to 60%
  • Proven experience setting up new projects at client sites
  • Ability to develop and evaluate major program cost estimates and extended budget projections to identify and quantify critical budgetary, cost, schedule, technical, and programmatic risk factors
  • Experienced in all project controls disciplines - Cost Engineering, Earned Value Management, Scheduling, Estimating, Document Control, etc.
  • Broad knowledge of Project Control Systems, BI dashboard technology and processes including leading schedule processing software, program database platforms and spreadsheet applications (i.e . Unifier, E-builder, Kahua, Primavera, Excel, etc.)
  • Must be a U.S. citizen to support U.S. Government projects
  • Strong written, verbal and presentation skills
  • Ability to develop, implement, and maintain standard program procedures for project controls
  • Experience building and maintaining Primavera P6 cost loaded and resource loaded schedules to support forecasting and multi-year planning

Ideally, you'll also have

  • Understanding of operational business processes in the Engineering and Construction industry
  • IT experience or aptitude a plus
  • Experience in interoperability and systems integrations

The base salary range for this position is $138,400.00 to $242,300.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
