As an Animal Attendant, you will primarily be responsible for maintaining cleanliness of the Equine and Nemo Farm Animal Hospital which consists of multiple Diagnostic and Therapeutic Rooms, Equine Wards, Intensive Care Unit, Farm Animal Ward, Isolation, and Operating Rooms. This will include, but will not be limited to, cleaning, washing, and disinfecting animal stalls and all areas of the ENFAH such as where animals are housed, walked, and treated; where surgery is performed, and animals are induced and recovered from general anesthesia. Required Qualifications. High school diploma or equivalent. At least six months experience, including direct working experience with large animals (horses, cows, pigs, sheep, goats, alpacas, and/or llamas, etc). Must have a valid drivers license. Must have knowledge of or have the capacity to learn basic infection control practices.
